The worst company I ever seen all they showed me was dirty homes that were not cleaned up. Nothing has been done to them at all to prepare the next tenant to at least move in. Did not even give a discount for all the blackberry vines that have been taken over you could smell the garbage inside the house, especially in the garage area and the cat piss across the entire property

Eric Olson is a very honest man. Very professional. He is very laid back, easy going, plus down to earth type guy. I'm thankful that he is my manager.

He is a scam, house is filled with mold and smells like animal pee. He’s rude to younger people especially people of color. He won’t replace anything. He lies about security deposit and even asked me to take my first bad review down haha must be embarrassed, so unprofessional
