My wife and I used Brad for a 2nd home purchase in the Bellingham area this year. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brad climbed through every square inch of the property and then spent an hour or more going through it with us and pointing out key areas of interest/concern. As it was a pass/fail inspection, this was very important for us. He followed up with a very thorough report with pictures and recommendations and quickly responded to several email inquiries afterward. Was very impressed and highly recommend!

My husband and I had Brad inspect at least 3 houses for us before we purchased our house! One we backed out of because of all the things he found. Brad is thorough, on time, and very knowledgeable. After the inspection, he provides a binder with information on home maintenance and the report comes a day or two later. Highly recommend.
