Cascade West Apartments

I have rented from Cascade West Apartment for last 7 months. My wife and I love this place and the people that work here. She has recently passed away, and I will miss her. We have become safe and secure and wanted to stay. They were attentive and promptly took care of all your needs. I recommend this Cascade West Apartment to future renters to a welcoming environment.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, appliances clean and in working condition. My mother says the apartment is "cute". The fact that there is free on site laundry is a huge plus for me especially as a caregiver who goes through alot of scrubs.

My son went to pick up a package at 5:30, but it was closed already. Is supposed their schedule is 10-6. I called, and Cary answered, saying the manager closed today early, because they are short personnel, but still there....so I went againg to pick up the package, and they still closed at 5:39. When she her me recording she ope the door. She was on the phone with the manager, with the speaker on, I tried to talk with her and she didn't let me... she continued talking. It is such a good place to live with this inconsistent schedule and management. Is not the first time having issues with the manager, and I don't understand why they still has that poor management. Shame on them....

No issues. Laundry is nice to have. Prior military veteran is treated well. Anytime a maintenance issue comes up, it's easy to get fixed as the maintenance man is on-site.

I have lived here for 9 years and its pretty mellow with not having a washer and dryer in my one bedroom i am happy that they provide a laundry room that dosnt charge
