Cons: 1) Pest Infestation: place is infested with roaches, rats, and termites. If you walk around, you will literally see roaches carcasses throughout the property. Sometimes, rats/mice will get run over at night and you'll see them in the parking lot. My unit had a termite infestation. You could see the termite droppings in the wood panels outside. Infestation was so bad that droppings fell on the bed. If these are the issues that I saw without looking, then the problem must be really really bad. 2) Insulation/age of buildings. The buildings are really old. The windows are low-quality/old, so they let out a lot of heat during the winter and it gets extremely hot in the summer. Units are quickly cleaned and painted over. I could see the dirt from previous units painted over. The smell fro

I had no issues with this place and I’m usually pretty picky. I see reviews about bugs but never had this issue. To be honest even no mosquitos in my backyard since I think they treat the outdoor area well. The units are old ish, but for the price (best price in the area I could find for a studio) and location it’s totally normal. Mantience always comes when requested. Pet friendly. Guest parking can be a little sparse on weekend evenings but there’s nearby parking in the streets. Just wanted to provide my counter-review as I know most people only review if they had a bad experience… Cannot say if they will give back my security deposit but I did resign after the first year ($100 increase) and would stay longer but I may be looking for roommates and a bigger place to save money.

I lived in this apartment complex and it was horrible. There’s an ungodly amount of roaches throughout the grounds and in the apartments. For months after I moved out I would scan the ceilings of my new apartment because I was scared to see roaches. It was a near daily occurrence that the management does nothing about. If you call they send someone to check for holes but that does nothing when they don’t spray the complex or make any effort to control their pest problem. Laundry room would randomly get closed early at times, meaning if you had clothing in there you were just out of luck until the next morning. Water is constantly shut off to multiple buildings at a time for maintenance with little to no warning at all. Do not rent here unless you have no other option, and even then keep lo

One star is too much for this old and filthy place ! I moved in here in November 2023 .... 1- Laundry : the coined washers are way too old and rusty , most likely have hidden mold inside them . Dryers are also old and coined operated , some of them don't even work properly . 2- Infested :Roaches , spiders , moskitos are residents of this place too ! 3- All units smell like dampy wood . 4- Maintenance : I asked the management to remove the old paint stains on my patio , they didn't , so I had to cover it with a rug . 5- Parking : Guest Parking is limited and one gust can get a parking permit , the rest have to park outside the building after 10pm .. 6- Sink : A really bad oder is coming from the bathroom sink . 7- Neighbors : Most patios and balconies are filled with junks .... Not pretty a

The place is completely infested with roaches & poisonous brown recluse spiders. The quality of the work done in the apartments is terrible. They wake you up cutting down trees at 7am in the morning just to annoy you with more noise from landscaping at 10am. Not peaceful at all. The walls are crazy thin & there is no insulation. We are on the second floor & can feel our apartment shake when we walk. We got a complaint for making noise at 4am one morning when I had been up making food because I'm 5 months pregnant and woke up hungry. So you can't apparently use your own apartment in the middle of the night without your neighbors calling in a complaint. The apartments are old, there is mold in the walls & termite damage in the wood. The paint on our walls has already started peeling. There i
