New Village Park

New village Park gave me and my son is stable home for 7 years. I moved out because I moved to another state. The people in the office were always willing to help willing to give information and resources. I would consider to live there again if I had to find a new home for me and my son.

I just would like for all fixtures to last longer.. don’t get me wrong these are nice apartments and townhomes , however it can get UNCOMFORTABLY HOT!!🥵 like HEASTROKE HOT !! 🥵 soo yeah if they could just fix the air condition/ cooling system this would help .. and please consider making the basement a place one could sleep or use as a studying , reading room with a couch / sleeper sofa. I do get a pallet and lay on the floor in the summer cause it’s DEADLY HOT 🥵 UPSTAIRS!!!you can’t use the upstairs in the summer !! So you lose a room or two for 3 1/2 mos. and they should give tenants new carpet after 3 yrs . PERIOD!! Cleaning may not be good enough . and at times I think I can hear the tub acting up again, I hope flooding stays down I need them to look at the tub or the pipes behind i

Husband and I got harassed and verbally accosted when trying to enter our building just for being a gay couple tonight then the person who was drunk or high saying nasty things to us followed us into the building and proceeded to follow us we tried getting on the elevator and he would let the door close and kept getting in our face. He doesn't leave until we call the cops.we got his picture and a police report we will be turning into the office.

UPDATE...I can say some things have changed in 2024-25,& things are still changing. It's become cleaner on the grounds since some evictions,& moves recently. There's a few more who NEED to go as well! The Crimes have stopped for the most part. Now folk who don't live on Property come from Big Ben,& from the Valley Apts next door to commit Crimes.(TEENS) If Residents would turn in ALL CRIMINALS it would stop! STOP coming from other places dumping y'all NASTY mess in Dumpsters as well! Management now need to deal with you people who have Animals,& don't pay Pet rent,& don't pick up behind your pets. I'm turning y'all in when I see you leave dog mess at other folks door. Folks be complaining about staff not doing work but some residents cause some of the issues,then don't help fix the problem

Trashy. Ghetto. Management don’t care if you write a complaint letter…They would literally throw that letter away in your face. It wasn’t like this 2 decades ago when I was living here but now it just turns into a disaster. People leave dog poop everywhere and not pick them up. They always short of maintenances so you will never get anything that needs to get repaired or anything.
