I found New Silver through a google search and had great reviews so I figured I’ll leave mine also for future investors looking to do business with them. I approached New Silver out of sheer desperation. I had a good deal but all the local HMLs kept giving me excuse after excuse regarding funding my deal (relatively newbie investor, really tight closing deadline etc, etc).
