New Haven Apartments

This isn’t somewhere I would recommend anyone. Most of the things they say the apartments have on the website is false advertisement! They don’t like to fix things, inside the apartments you can tell where they have patched stuff up instead of fixing it. They are always looking for a way to screw a tenant over. There isn’t a place for the kids to play. I’ve been here 5 years and never have they repainted or remodel my apartment or any apartment, when a person move out of one they go in and clean it up and paint it but that’s the only time.

Projects! Not an ideal place to stay if you want peace! People who don't even live there hang out all night outside. There are fights often. They can be rude and loud outside of front door or windows and there is no privacy! GHETTO!
