Krystal was awesome to work with! I was looking for an apartment for my son under a tight timeline. She met with me as soon as I reached out to her to see a unit. She made sure I understood the lease process and made herself available to answer my questions along the way. I am now a happy tenant!

I have had to wait on repairs being done Under this new management. If you have any issues you can voice it, and they try find s solution. You pick a great team. Thank you for making things easier.

Since living at Townview, Krystal has been very kind and responsive to needs that we might have and really tries to do her job to the best of her ability with a kind heart. I have enjoyed her presence and help.

Was a great place to stay at first but once the management changed things went down hill. Different tenants paying drastically Different amounts in rent. Nothing would get fixed in a timely manner. My toilet backed up all over the floor and in the tub and was like that for almost 3 days before they had a plumber to come out to fix it. Did not send a proper cleaning crew to clean the house and I had to throw away furniture clothes and shoes. There was a roach infestation due to the changing of management pest control didn't come as often as they were supposed to. Would not recommend this place at all.

I want to specifically say that the new apartment manager Krystal is the only reason this place deserves a 5 star. Over the course of 2 years she’s the first person I’ve met who actually wants to help
