Spanish Trace Apartments

From the moment I moved in I had issues with the manager Janet. She thinks she knows everything and has a bully complex. She's harassed me every month for payment of the upcoming month weeks B4 the payment was even due. She's a liar and she's thinks she can push people around. Our issues started the moment she tried to keep me from having my service dog in my apartment and when she realized she could make me get rid of him then she started harassing me daily until I embarrassed her in front of her assistant and maintenance man. This place never fixes anything and will screw u around on your water bill especially if they have to make any repairs for the complex. They'll pass the cost of those repairs on to the tenants through an increase in your waterbill and r trash removal. They're a bunc

I am a current residence at the Spanish Trace Apartments and love it the manager is awesome , if u have a problem it is taken care of in a timely manner. It's old so this means it's built right , it's VERY quite don't here road noise . And I would have to disagree with someone say they had a big problem on here because I've NEVER even seen a bug they exterminate quiet often .I highly recommend checking them out very responsible on rent .... Overall out experience there was very good most of the time, if there was ever a problem management was there to deal with it very quickly. The apartment we lived in was right next to the hotel and we were the only young people living in that building. We had never received a complaint until one older lady moved below us, about 4 or 5 months before we moved out. I think we got about 5 complaints after the point she moved in. The manager automatically took her side on everything and was rude with us when the complaints happened.The hotel right next door was always noisy and if anybody walked through being loud we got a complaint. We had a problem with our door opening by itself if it was not locked, our neighbor across from us saw our door open around 2 am, he was elderly and could not cli

I’ve been a resident at Spanish Trace for two years now, and I can honestly say these are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Janet and Judy are super sweet and maintenance is always timely and professional. Highly recommend!!

Apartments are old and has lots of problem: leaking, shower not working, heating problem, cockroaches infested.....Stayed here for about a year because of yearly lease and suffered every day. The apartment manager Janet is racist and very impolite. There is Summit and Athena garden apartments near by which I recommend.
