The Athens Townhomes Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living here has been nothing short of amazing! What really sets this place apart though, is the property manager. Kara literally goes above and beyond every single day. Whether it’s responding quickly to questions, handling maintenance requests with lightning speed, or just making residents feel valued and heard. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a place where both the property and the people exceed expectations, but this complex does exactly that. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel taken care of and truly at home, this is it.

Too much drugs and noise that forced me put of the apartment. A few extra charges were added saying they had to take trash out and for house keeping I have a video of the final walk through that shows other wise despite that I attempted to pay on day one of getting the bill I was told no in the office by the property manager that she will just put me in collections. I noticed a previous review talked about pest and athens townhomes response they not once came in mine even though I made a complaint on move in.

My experience here has been nothing but great, Kara is so awesome, and has been such a help in the process, and is never hesitant to make sure everything is how it should be, I am very pleased here!!

I lived at the Athens Townhomes almost 10 years ago and it was a good experience. Seeing the new remodels now makes it look like a different place! I know Kara, the property manager, from living at Athena Garden apartments. She takes very good care of her residents and is diligent any time there may be an issue. If you’re ever in the market searching for a home, definitely check out the townhomes!

I have loved living here for the past 2 years. Kara the property manager has been extremely helpful and has always answered promptly to any issues. The apartment itself was beautiful. The unit I'm in is upgraded and it has had very few issues and all issues were quickly resolved by maintenance. I would highly recommend this property.
