DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I bought a condominium in Connecticut 6 years ago and this people happened to be the management company already. I always sent the association fees via mail because they live in the stone age and had no way of setting an auto-pay, pay with card or anything like that. Only check, money order or cash. I used money orders from the USPS because it was simpler (I had to send the check via mail anyway) and the money was withdrawn from my account immediately, which helped me plan my expenses better. Long story short, they claimed they hadn’t received around 10 payments (long after the fact and without ever calling me during those months. I bought a condo and called for where to send but no call back. Finally she called me but she had my phone which I left on message but she said she never got my 2 messages. She charged me a late fee which was 95.00. I called state they told me they have other complaints. I think I got scammed for 95.00.

Patty, is the hardest to work with, she never answers her phone, even in Emergencies. Highly discourage using this companies services. It’s a one person shop with little account management.

Tried calling the number listed on site. They do NOT answer and the message says "they do not have voice mail" at this time. I live in a condo that they manage. I would not recommend them to anyone.
