Multiple improvement projects within last year include:property-wide exterior security cameras, new gutter system, common hallways/stairs refreshing, & adding EV chargers.Highly recommend if you are looking for a good value in Newington.

I am having a great experience at Woodbridge Heights with the new management. It's a very nice and quiet property. Their professionalism and efficiency have been outstanding. They are responsive to any questions or concerns, and their communication is clear and consistent. They have been on top of maintenance issues as well. I made the right choice by moving here and I highly recommend their services. The property manager Yoni is very professional and addresses your concerns right away.

The new management at Woodbridge Heights has been a breath of fresh air. They are thoughtful, polite, and really on top of things. They even got special fertilizer for my little herb garden I have been growing in the backyard, which meant a lot. You can really feel the positive changes around here. Special shoutout to Yoni for going the extra mile—great job so far!

I read some nice reviews about this place on Google and decided to give it a shot. SPOILER ALERT: It was a bad decision, these people don’t even know how to use their own website and will bafflingly try to blame you for it. Three weeks of time wasted, $100 in application fees, and only now they tell me that they can’t see my app because I haven’t uploaded documents into their system… The irony is I uploaded all those documents 3 weeks ago. The leasing boy Yoni tried to imply it was my fault that it’s not working - which is obviously lacking in logic because I don’t work for that company - so how would I know how the website works? I'm only giving this complex 2 stars due to the fact that they accepted my dog, which not many rental properties do, and the 2 years I lived here were not completely horrible, but they could have been better. Let's begin with the property manager is completely unreliable. She will not pick up the phone when called, even if she's in the office. She also will not return voicemails. My fiance and I had to personally visit her at her office multiple times due to this issue. Another problem: MICE. Huge mice issue, it was disgusting. One of the major reasons we moved, especially since we had a 1 year old at the time.
