Landmark Apartments

I recently moved for school after living at Landmark for almost 10 years. I personally had a wonderful experience living here. Sure, some of the in-unit amenities may seem basic...but the apartment itself (I had a 1-bedroom) was spacious, clean, and safe. I further had a great group of neighbors who all were friendly and welcoming. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Finally, I never had an issue with a maintenance request or complaint that didn't get addressed right away - often the same day. For those looking for a place to live, I would highly recommend.

Landmark apartments are very reasonable priced.The heat and hot water is included. Beside good size apartments you have a pool and a little fitness room next to the pool. The pool is amazingly clean at all the times. Kids are not allowed without an adult which makes it safer and less noisy and crowded. But there is always a space for everyone to fit in. The views are amazing ( fall-winter beautiful) . You can see the whole Newington. Laundry rooms are very clean and the assigned storage spaces are good size. The grounds are always well kept, no matter of which season. The Maintenance guys are taking amazing care of it. You don't need a grill, the grills are already on the property and the gas tanks are provided by the management. A little season greeting card on the doorknob ( saying Happ

I've lived here for 10months and have had a wonderful experience. They keep the grounds beautiful. They have been busy renovating the apartment buildings and roofs the past few months. The owners are always so helpful, responding to any issues or concerns right away. The only thing negative I can say is that sometimes you will hear your upstairs neighbor, but if you choose to live in an apartment building(this is my 1st experience) then you know you sign up for that. Every tenant I've met at the pool or in the hallway, has been friendly and courteous. Not to mention that your garbage, cooking gas and heat is included in your rent. All in all, it's a great place to live!

Beautiful place, friendly people, well taken care of. Very expensive is the downside.
