My experience has been mixed. I previously wrote a 5-star review because I was genuinely very happy with the team. The maintenance staff has consistently been responsive and lovely to work with. When day-to-day issues arise, they are often addressed quickly and professionally. However, when it comes to long-term or structural issues, communication from management has been inconsistent, avoidant, and unclear. When I signed a 9-year lease, I was told that the siding and roof would be updated. I am now halfway through that lease term, and neither has been replaced. The ongoing exterior and structural issues have resulted in water intrusion on the first floor, which has directly impacted my business operations. Mark is the BEST !! We had a major construction project and he and Jarrod and the whole crew did a great job. They built our entire office suite to our specs, timely and efficiently. We are a pharmacy that also makes sterile compounds … the rooms for this are very complicated and require inspections from multiple regulatory agencies. Through their efforts our room passed certification with flying colors. Highly recommend Reno !!
