My 5 stars are for Charmaine Terrell! She professionally, efficiently helped facilitate my requests to the correct property managers and department personnel and was so kind/ polite in the process! The jury is still out on the folks to whom my clients issues have been sent... will update later. BUT either way Charmaine is amazing!

I'd like to give a shout out to Charmaine at New Concepts Management for her awesome service. She was patient and understanding with all my questions and should be commended for her excellent customer service.

I'm aware that you are a management group and not an HOA but I don't know who you contract with for snow removal but there were several people shoveling nearly a foot of snow in their own driveways this morning (630am) trying to get to work. Also trying to get our damn trash cans out to the street. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER!

Barbara went above and beyond—she was not only persistent in tracking down all the details I required but also professional, courteous, and proactive throughout the process. My landlord used NCM to manage the property that I rented from them at the Lakewest Condominiums. I just want to take a moment to thank and recognize Ashley Twinning from NCM who did an exceptional job responding to my concerns in a timely manner and keeping the Lakewest Community abreast of any activities scheduled to occur. It has been a pleasure living at Lakewest for the past 4 years as a result of Ashley's professional, courteous communication and excellent follow thru.
