New Albany Park Condominium

Great community. The condo association are prompt to make repairs, keep the building clean, painted and the landscaping is impeccable! Having owned a home for over 30 years, the condo fees are in line with the cost of maintaining a home's exterior, roofing siding and landscaping. The management is responsive and keeps us informed. We love it here so much, we moved to a larger condo and the property here continues to go up in value. Been a great investment.

The property management company LC is wildly unqualified and neglecting buildings from easy to prevent damage. The community sued this property management company about ten years and won two million. They are rude. They censor comments and ignore emails. The HOA fee is snowballing but they don’t care because it’s just more money for them and their contractors. They pay contractors, get ripped off, or something else is going on, then they pay more contractors to fix the damage.

Very nice place to live very safe. HoA is almost $400 and you don't see why you paying $400.

Went here for my nephews graduation party & the club house was amazing great location for a party.
