Clifton Park Apartment Homes

I had a tour scheduled on January 14th and Candace was so helpful during the tour! Very informative about all the amenities that Clifton Park had to offer. She made me feel right at home and I even ended up filling out an application after I toured!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Candace for showing me the apartments and the amenities during my visit. I know we were both on a time constraint, yet you still made the effort to show me not just one, but two apartments, along with the clubhouse, gym, and pool. You were incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, and I truly appreciated the time and care you gave during the tour. It made the experience very pleasant, and I’m grateful for your help.

I lived here for five years under a different company that managed this property. I lived in the 1 BHK plan. The apartments are very nice and modern looking. I went to many apartments initially and decided that this is where I would live within a few minutes after entering the model apartment. Although a lot of the recent construction has high ceilings, when I moved in here not many did and that was a big selling point for me. A few of my friends moved here since they liked the apartments a lot. Even with the new management, I still hear good things about this place. They typically don't increase the rent by a lot annually which makes it easier to stay here for a long term.

Candace was my consultant that showed me the unit I was interested in. She was delightful! Very thorough and detailed with all the info and answered any questions I had. Made me feel very welcome. Very professional. I enjoyed meeting her!!.

The leasing staff was phenomenal. I scheduled a tour and got all my questions answered. The area is gorgeous with new updates to come. My tour was given by Tatiana and she was so helpful. I also had additional questions answered by Patrick the leasing manager who was also super sweet and helpful.
