Sugar Run at New Albany

I wanted to share some positive feedback about the staff at Sugar Run Apartments in New Albany. The team has been very responsive to resident needs. With all the recent snow, they’ve been especially diligent about keeping the property cleared as promptly as possible, which is greatly appreciated. Everyone I’ve interacted with has also been friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoy this complex and am looking forward to summer so I can fully enjoy everything this apartment community has to offer. My roommates and I just moved into Sugar Run, and so far our experience has been very positive. We came from a previous apartment community where we had a pretty traumatizing experience that ultimately led us to break our lease. When we found Sugar Run, we were lucky enough to work with Andy, who was absolutely wonderful. I explained our situation to him, which led to me asking a lot of questions, and he was incredibly receptive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. There were a few times I called the office and the staff didn’t immediately have the answers to my questions, but they always followed up very quickly, which we really appreciated. Andy even allowed us to move in one day early so we could avoid moving during a huge winter storm, which was extremely accommodatin

Living at Sugar Run has been a great experience so far. The apartment itself is beautiful—with tall ceilings, tons of natural light, and peaceful surroundings filled with tons of wildlife and a gorgeous scenery. It truly feels like home. We did run into an issue with water coming in through the front door, but the team has been responsive and proactive in working toward a solution. No place is without its challenges, but what really matters is the level of care and customer service. The staff genuinely puts in the effort to make things right, and that makes all the difference. Not to mention the continuous community engagement like food trucks, dog of the month, breakfast on the go, trivia, and so so much more. Highly recommend Sugar Run to anyone looking for a scenic, comfortable place

I’ve had a couple of tours scheduled today, and Andy did a phenomenal job showing us around Sugar Run! At first, we scheduled the tour for 2pm, but we had to show up early because the other apartments we toured took less than 15 minutes, and it seemed like the tour guides at the other apartments were rushing our experience. Andy did a wonderful job, and I appreciated that he took his time showing us around even though we changed our appointment last minute. Thanks again, Andy!

We’ve had such a great experience at Sugar Run at New Albany! From day one, Delia made the whole leasing and move-in process super easy. She was so friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get settled in. The amenities here are amazing, the gym and clubhouse are beautiful, the pool is perfect in the summer, and the dog park is so convenient for quick walks. Even the mailbox area is easy to access and makes life a little simpler! The overall vibe of Sugar Run is just so nice, clean, quiet, and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier to call this place home. Huge thanks to Delia and the whole team for making it such a great experience!
