Complex is a joke at this point. Every time something goes wrong in your unit it's just an endless fiasco. No heat? It's 'fixed,' but we left your refrigerator open all day and your entire food supply and medication is now trash. The maintenance supervisor even felt comfortable joking that Santa must have broken in and stolen my food. After attempting to get the complex to do the right thing and reimburse me for the literal destroyed, $285 medication, they deducted $100 from my balance, which didnt even cover the food lost in the refrigerator. They then retaliated and raised my rent ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH. Bursting fire hydrants and water mains, dog shit literally everywhere and car break ins. All for a premium cost behind a non functional gate so they can charge you $250/mo more.

Albany Woods complex is the best! Very nice and helpful staff, easy and fast communication, they also come really fast for any maintenance issues. The complex itself is large green and beautiful. The houses and apartments are compact and comfortable suited for small families and singles. Pet owners will find the dog park and the rounding place really nice for walks, and the staff is really pet friendly. We would like to thank the Albany Woods staff for all their help and we happy that we could call Albany Woods a home

Albany Woods Apartment Complex management is great! The place is beautiful, peaceful and there is a nice duck pond, a gym with free access, inside the Office Administration building; a cozy meeting roo. with access to hot coffee, and a a nice swimming pool by same building as well. All the representatives are very professionals and willing to help. The maintenance team responds quickly and do the follow up with tenants to make sure the jobs are well done and in good time. During snow time, they snow plow the inner streets as necessary, even showeling the side walks and trails. Tenants can rent an extra space to use it as garage or storage room for just $125/month. For this price and location I would advise looking elsewhere. As a resident for three years I can confirm the reviews/posts where the complex is at this point a joke are valid. The gate has been up and broken since September of 2025. Neighbors have witnessed non-residents using the trash compactor as a dump site most likely due to the security gate never being down. Gym is a joke, the blinds have been broken since July 2025, water jug is normally empty. Elliptical machine is wobbly and needing fix or replacement. Leasing staff will “hear you out” but more than likely for any insurance/popic issues the resident will need to handle. The leasing office theme is “we are sorry” but no real fix. If you have the funds look elsewhere.
