Market & Main Apartments is a great community! The amenities are modern and well kept, the apartments are bright, comfortable, and have that updated luxury feel. The unique layout and style of the each apartment really makes them appealing when looking for a home! The property as a whole is always well maintained, which really shows. The guest suite is a great perk for visitors, and it’s also in a very walkable area, making everyday living convenient. The staff, specially Ariana and Ben are professional, responsive, and have the biggest smiles :)) Overall, M&M is a place I’d definitely recommend checking out.

I couldn’t be happier with the team at this apartment complex. The office staff are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with genuine care, which makes living here stress-free and enjoyable. They truly go out of their way to make residents feel valued. The maintenance technician is equally outstanding — prompt, knowledgeable, and dependable. Repairs are completed quickly and correctly, and the work area is always left clean and respectful. It’s clear that pride and attention to detail go into every job. Having such a responsive and friendly office team paired with excellent maintenance makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run, well-maintained place

I am very appreciative of everyone who works on this property. Ben is the best maintence guy I’ve ever worked with, Ariana does a great job with property management, and the cleaning crew leave nothing to be desired. Having lived exclusively in highly trafficked city areas prior to moving here, the location - and all of the business and restaurants within walking distance - makes it feel like you’re not necessarily out in the burbs, and have lots of experiences within walking distance.

I have been a resident at Market & Main for over 6 years and everything about living here is exceptional. Ariana & Ben are AWESOME and respond immediately to any issue you might have. The facilities are immaculate and the common areas are extremely well maintained. The tenants are wonderful and Ariana makes sure that there are several holiday themed events during the year that foster great times and memories for everyone in the Market & Main Familiy! In my 76 years I have lived in more than my share of apartment buildings. None can compared to the consistent high quality experience I have had at Market & Main! I lived here from 2022-2024 and this was by far my favorite place. The interior and exterior of the building was beautiful and all top end appliances (really enjoyed the double stove) the staff was amazing Ben (maintenance) came to my rescue when I locked myself out of the garage more times than I liked to admit and always did it with a smile. Ariana at the front desk was amazing and always so helpful. I can’t express how lovely this place and staff was enough. I felt so safe here and loved living here so much
