Terrible hoa! I had received a fine and I dropped it the drop box. They then texted my landlord a week later saying they never received it. If was 200. That just went missing. I clearly put on the envelope the address and what it was for and my name. They accused me of lying until I sent the video of me dropping it in the drop box. Which thank God took one! After that I received an email saying they magically found it and it was put in the wrong account. Yeah ok.

not a very well run company. told me to come get a key fob and doesn't say the so call office in the first floor of the building isn't staffed anymore. waste my time having to take off work. the association rule book is a joke. had some noisy neighbor above me playing music in the AM as they work in odd hours and they refuse to do anything and just told me to call the police. and the police told me its our association duties to take care these issues. sounds like everyone just pushing problem to someone else. parking lot is an ice skating rink and ask if they can spread some salt and they just told me there is a trash bucket with salt with a scoop. spread it yourself. what am I supposed to do the whole parking lot with that? I had lived in a townhome in Rosemount that was managed by Network Management. I thought they worked wonderfully with our board and were super responsive to questions or needs we homeowners had. I had a pipe within a wall start leaking. That pipe was part of the indoor sprinkler system. An employee of the builder of the townhome is the one who cross threaded the nut. Which over a decade later lead to the leak. While Network Management was not liable or responsible for the leak, they were very helpful whenever I did need anything from them to get my townhome repaired. The only issue any of us home owners had where with dog owners within the community not picking up after their dogs and not abiding by the size or breed limitations. Poorly ran company. The representative who called to explain the incorrect legal fees could not coherently articulate why they were added. She started talking in circles eventually making my point for me, when she realized this, she became hostile and rude.

This company has been non responsive to legally required HOA document requests on multiple occasions (and I have the records of the requests). Wouldn't recommend. I'm inclined to believe all the low star reviews based on my experiences.
