Unsafe experience with a drug raid & other police activity amongst neighbors. Office personnel are awful and do nothing to help. Ceiling collapsed multiple times with poor pipes throughout the property. Rent is cheap with the catch that DHM will hold you for every dollar possible if you must move before the lease ends. Avoid at all costs

I really loved living here, this was my very first apartment. As a female in her mid 20’s, I’ve had no issues with the staff or neighbors personally. The area has been safe and helpful. I do think some buildings are older than others based on the mix reviews. The office has been amazing and quick to respond to any maintenance or issues I had. Management has changed within my time of staying, however their level of professionalism and kindness remain the same. The only cons I can think of are: the coins/quarter machine goes out quickly at the office, thin walls, and sometimes packages deliver to wrong buildings but most neighbors are great about that. I live on the second floor so noise really wasn’t an issue for me. Hope this helps.

BEWARE: If you sign the 12 month lease, the office will not work with you if you have to break the lease. In my case, I bought a house and gave them a 45 day notice trying to find someone to re-lease and they did nothing to help. Ended up charging me over $1100 in the end and they could care less about your situation. In addition, there was a meth lab found in the apartments in 2022 and can be found on any news site. Do not live here, no matter how lucrative the rent price may be.

Ashley was great and the place looked safe and tidy. The layout of the shown flat was practical with a big kitchen for a 500 sqf home. I ended up choosing something else in the end due to distance but I would recommend Netherlands Village to anyone who likes quiet living. The only thing I hope will be addressed eventually is the road in the complex. There are HUGE holes in it, I thought my car will fall apart as I circled there. :/
