DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. I have only lived here about 6 months and they are terrible with maintenance. We had a clog in our shower that was there for a month before it was fixed, even with multiple calls and maintenance requests. One of the people I lived with lost a key and not only did they take 2 weeks to get them the key, but when they did they key didn't work and they STILL TRIED TO CHARGE HIM FOR IT. Our dishwasher was broken for months before being fixed. Most recently our toiler has been clogged and they were a no show during the time they were supposed to come and fix it. Even when maintenance shows up after been given instructions they are allowed to enter the house with no one home, they still don't and will send a message saying no one was home so they couldn't work on the proble

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DEPPSIT STOLEN, A BS BILL SENT TO YOU FOR 2K MORE IN TOP OF THAT, AND IF YOU LOVE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT THATS CRAP WITH 0 MAINTENANCE. They stole our deposit and then tried to charge us almost 2k on top of that for "repairs" - all I got was an email with HOW MUCH HE SPENT at Lowes, Walmart, etc. This is NOT on itemized list of repairs for all I know he rennovated his own bathroom with those purchases. Tried to tell us that we didnt give notice and thats why they took our Deposit. We litetally were his next door neighbor, we told him multiple times we were leaving and there was NOTHING in the lease that said the notice had to be WRITTEN. I have been a tenant for 19 years. And Nelson has the nicest office person to help with any problems that u may have. Thank you eduarda, I know u are very busy, but u are an absolute sweetheart, and always ready to listen and help solve any problem as quickly as possible. I am so glad she works for nelson.

As many have said, it's truly a great company for rentals.
