Windsor Mystic River Apartments

Hi beautiful people, I just wanted to say that Mateo, Felipe, Colleen, Grace, and Jeff were wonderful to work with while I was looking for a place at Mystic River. They were so welcoming and kind, always with big smiles. The way they treated me made me feel truly special. I hope they continue to grow and have a bright and successful future because they truly deserve it. I’m really looking forward to living in this community and spending time with such amazing people. My husband and I loved living at Windsor Mystic River Apartments! The management team here is truly the best — they are incredibly supportive, communicative, and just so pleasant to work with. The maintenance team is also excellent — quick, efficient, and always very friendly and professional. We highly recommend living here and working with this amazing staff. A big shout-out to Skylar, who is incredibly sweet and always makes you feel so welcomed, along with the rest of the team, Mateo and Andy. Thank you all for making our experience here so wonderful!

My experience at Mystic River was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, every staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Skylar, in particular, had excellent communication and was always quick to respond to any questions or needs—we truly felt supported the entire time. We highly recommend living at Mystic River. The location is extremely convenient, and I honestly already miss my apartment!

Love Windsor Mystic River. Lived here for half a decade so far. The events for the residence are a 10/10. All the team members who usually plan the events (Skylar, Mateo, and Felipe) work so hard to pull off the events and they’re quite popular and everyone is really pleased about it. This karaoke night (for example) that they pulled off was so heartfelt and amazing, they should do that more and I know they’ll always work hard to pull off great events. If you want family friendly entertainment and entertainment for adults, here is the place to come and live here for that.

I absolutely loved my time at Windsor Mystic River!!! We had the best unit - a corner unit 3 bedroom and we could see the Boston city skyline. The units are modern and spacious with plenty of storage! It was magical to watch the Boston Pops fireworks from our balcony during the Fourth of July. The people who work there (so strange to even say because they truly felt like friends & they are!) make this community what it is! Skylar is an amazing and dedicated human being who will go above and beyond for the residents of this community. Mateo is incredibly kind and helpful. Bobby will take care of any maintenance issues immediately and properly and has the best Bostonian charm. I actually miss this community and our daily walks to Wegmans and around the park.
