Arcadia at River's Edge

I recently moved to Arcadia, it’s been a couple of months now, and I’ve had such a positive experience so far. Starting with the touring the units with Jessica, who always replied in time and was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable! The staff in general has been very kind and welcoming. The leasing process was smooth and easy and I was send reminders of any paper work required and had constant support! The move was also smooth, with access to a loading dock and double elevators. The apartment is clean and I’ve really enjoyed the friendliness of the maintenance team and their quick response. The amenities and space are always clean. They host events during holidays which is very lovely. The location is also nice and quiet with a couple of restaurant options across the street and easy

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is well kept and management is easy to work with. The maintenance team is especially great — super prompt, professional, and friendly, and issues get fixed quickly and done right. The view of the river is beautiful, and having a clean park nearby is a huge plus. Overall, a solid place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.

Arcadia at Rivers edge has been the best complex I’ve lived in while in Boston. It has great amenities. It clean and organized. The leasing office are very welcoming. Rooms, amenities etc over all the building is great.

My family has been renting at this property since November of last year and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! The community's assistant manager, Jessica Jeffrey, is an absolute blessing. She and the rest of the staff at the leasing office have been compassionate, attentive, and always more than willing to go above and beyond the scope of their duty to help. They were also incredibly understanding and accommodating when I recently had a series of bank problems due to a recent legal name change. My family and I absolutely recommend this property!

Overall, we enjoyed our lease at Arcadia and would likely have renewed if we weren’t moving states. The tall windows and high ceilings here are unbeatable. The amenities are really nice (landscape, walkways, community grills) and the building is generally clean and well-maintained. Maintenance team is responsive and helpful - Tenzen is amazing! He resolves everything promptly. Leasing is easy to work with as well. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, and garage parking on site is great.
