Station Landing

My experience living at Station Landing has been good. It’s a fun and friendly community and there are also events from time to time. The maintenance team is agile and professional. Jaime always delivers good work. I appreciate him fixing our thermostat issue even on a winter holiday weekend.

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent work of our maintenance technician Jaime. He has consistently been reliable, efficient, and highly skilled in handling any issues that arise. Most recently, he quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem with my circuit breaker that had been causing ongoing issues. His professionalism, prompt response time, and ability to get the job done right the first time truly make a difference!

I’ve enjoyed living here for the past 7 months. Snow cleanup has been good, which has mattered a lot this time of year. Maintenance has been quick to respond for any tickets I’ve opened. Jaime has always came prepared, figured out the issues quickly and was in-and-out in a matter of minutes
