We brought Skyline Realty on because communication and follow-through were lacking under prior management. Since the transition, board communication has improved, maintenance planning is more organized, and vendor coordination has been more reliable. The building feels more stable overall thanks to Alex's team.

Our association decided to fully transition to Skyline Realty because of our current deferred maintenance and incomplete financial records. After Alex's team took over, the management just became more structured. Financials were now organized, reporting also improved completely and the board had a clearer understanding now of our association's position. Communication was steady and decisions were always explained in a very straightforward way. Best decision.

We’ve used Skyline Realty to manage our condo in Cambridge for many years and then lately to put it on the market for sale. We found its staff highly professional and responsive, and the transition from renting to selling has been seamless.
