Nautilus Point

Absolutely love my new apartment and the entire complex!! The unit itself is beautiful and the community is quiet, safe, and very well-maintained. The management team has been fantastic from day one- responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Maintenance has also been quick, efficient, and respectful, which makes such a difference. A special shout-out to Kimberly in the leasing office- she was wonderful to work with, incredibly helpful throughout the process, and made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! :)

DO NOT RENT HERE. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in for many reasons. The pictures advertised online are completely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the apartments. What you see during your search is far from reality. The office staff is generally very rude, with the exception of the brown-skinned lady who sits on the far left when you enter the leasing office, she is the only staff member who demonstrates professionalism and courtesy. The management team appears to lack formal training. They have poor communication skills, lack basic decorum, and do not know how to address residents respectfully. I had a great experience with the resident services at Nautilus Point Apartments. Dominique was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while assisting my mom with her lease renewal process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dominique also went above and beyond to help us with parking, ensuring we had all the information we needed. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. We really appreciate her outstanding service!

She consistently provides outstanding customer service—she listens, follows through, and genuinely cares about residents. Whether it’s a maintenance request, a leasing question, or general assistance, she handles everything promptly and with a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness make a huge difference. I recently toured Nautilus Point. I was very much pleased at how clean and well maintained the landscape, grounds, site and exterior facade of the complex was. As I entered and viewed a couple of the apartments, I immediately fell in love with the decor. The interior is amazingly beautiful and modern. Spacious and Clean, as I would describe it. A true gem 👍
