Jeff honored their motto of professionalism, honesty, & integrity; I absolutely recommend his services to any whom would request it. He promptly responded to our requests, was patient & caring in his inspection, sharing his insight & observations during the investigation (something not all inspectors will/want to do), & provided the 56 page home inspection report (with pictures identifying areas of concern) within 6 hours of it's completion. The home inspections I had done through NPI went seamlessly. They were able to fit my appointment in on relatively short notice which I greatly appreciated. I worked with Jeff who was incredibly thorough and highly knowledgeable. He absolutley knows his stuff! I was encouraged to come out on inspection day and ask questions. The reports produced were very detailed and helpful. My inspector responded to correspondences promptly by phone and email. If you want a company that is going to scare from buying a house, they are the one. I’m surprise he didn’t look at my bed to see if the bed was made right. Just one of the things “disposal noisy” ok! “Door does not latch” door is totally fine!
