Do not move here at all. The front office is very rude and the workers come but do not actually do anything. They walk in and out as if they fixed something, especially the Hispanic worker. When we moved in, nothing was repaired. The window glass was broken and instead of replacing it they put glue in the hole. We did not realize it until flies started coming in every day even though the door was always closed. And we told them nothing was done The AC controller is coming out of the wall, there are cords sticking out, and there are insects everywhere including roaches and spiders. One of the bathroom closet doors would not open. When we asked maintenance to fix it, he only forced it open, but now it does not close at all because it is too long. I am a 100% disabled Army war Veteran. I moved out of my apartment at Mountain Oaks, Stone Mountain, GA, now know as Avri Hills, Stone Mountain, GA, Dec 30, for an effective date of Jan 1. I made sure I did everything in accordance with moving out, from the notice, to leaving the apartment in a better condition than I received it. According to the lease I should have received my deposit back within 30 days, and a summary of any deductions. I have not received my deposit or any reasons for any deductions. No reasons or accusations against me to not receive my deposit back. The leasing office constantly tells me they are trying with corporate (Filmore Property Group), but can’t get a response. There is a Hispanic worker who was supposed to fix several issues in our apartment but failed to show up on the scheduled day. When he saw my mother outside, instead of communicating professionally, he began yelling at her. My mother does not speak English fluently, and his behavior was both disrespectful and uncalled for. We moved into the apartment with multiple things still not fixed, and it is his job to address those issues. We have been going to the office to report these problems, and rather than handling the situation appropriately, he chose to direct his frustration at us particularly at my mother, who was simply trying to follow up. This kind of treatment is unacceptable!

Anthony is such a kind and helpful person. We recently had a leakage, and he responded right away without any hesitation. He arrived quickly, handled the situation with care, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. What really stands out about Anthony is not just how fast he comes when there’s an issue, but also how polite, respectful, and genuinely nice he always is. It’s comforting to know that whenever something goes wrong, he can be counted on to show up with a great attitude and a willingness to help. People like Anthony truly make a difference, and we are very grateful for all that he does.

These changes of staff have allowed me to experience the overall ability that shows the current management staff is operating in an above average capacity. These changes from the current staff Darrione and Tyler in our gated community allow us to feel secure and heard. Currently there is a security officer that covers the complex. Also, before they came my air had been out for a very long time and through the many improvements include expedited work orders that Tyler has helped with maintain optimal usage of the residence.
