Mount Penn Manor apartments

This is for Tim who is back and since day one repairs around the complex is being taken care of. I'm in building E and I put in a order months ago about the downstairs door needing to be fixed and someone responded complete when it wasn't. That is one of the right thing Tim took care of now the door closes and stays closed. Before the door was fixed there was weed smell in building now doors can't stay open the weed smell seems to have disappeared. Y Thank you Tim for coming back and fixing things and getting stuff taken care of.

Been living here for awhile now and just nothing it's getting better, seems management just don't care about there people at all, they left my wife and I without an oven from Friday and all weekend without one. I called the office this morning about getting a replacement, and ladie said what you can't use it.... obviously not, fire company came and turned it off Thursdays night cause of it leaking carbon monoxide, and I had called them Friday morning about it, and it seems like they are playing it off like they didn't already know about it. It was bad enough that we were waiting almost a whole year just for them to patch/fix the bathroom floor. It just seems like there is no one in the office or management that you can exactly talk to that would genuinely care.

So I am a neighbor across the street from the apartments and right now there is water coming down the driveway onto Fairview Street and it's a sheet of ice and it's now icing up the main road you need to take care of this before I call the police
