MODERNO Axis Luxury Living

The only reason I truly liked living here was because of Ruth. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful—she was an amazing manager. Sad that she left! Unfortunately, the building itself does not live up to what is advertised as “luxury living.” The building feels unsafe: packages are constantly stolen, random people are in and out, and there are homeless individuals and drug activity surrounding the property. The elevators are frequently broken, the windows are not soundproof (you can hear everything), and overall maintenance is poor. For the amount of money residents pay, this place is simply not worth it. The experience does not match the price or the expectations of luxury living.

I absolutely love my brand new apartment! The kitchen is one of my favorite features, spacious, modern, and perfect for someone who enjoys cooking like I do! The leasing team has been incredible from the very beginning. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the lease signing process, and every time I stop by the office, they’re always welcoming and ready to assist with anything I need. Moving here was definitely the right choice. Great apartment, great team, and an overall amazing community to be part of!

Not a resident but I did do a tour and inquiry. Really enjoyed the space it was clean and decent and checked most of the things I was looking for in a rental. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was informative and welcoming which I absolutely appreciated. It’s slightly over my personal budget is all. The closet space is what I enjoyed most about viewing this property.

This was my first time getting an apartment, and Ruth made the entire experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, timely, and always kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Ruth is truly the best property manager! Professional, compassionate, and genuinely accommodating. I’m so grateful to have had her guidance through this process! So blessed to have this place as my home!

A few months ago, I toured Moderno right after it opened, but I was still on the fence about whether I was ready to make a move. Not long after, Ruth, the property manager, gave me a follow-up call, and we ended up having such a genuine and helpful conversation, it truly felt like a sign that this was the right place for me. The following week, I came back to tour the community again and ended up signing my lease! I'm so happy with my decision. My apartment is brand new, and it feels amazing to be the very first resident in the unit. Couldn't be happier to call Moderno home!
