The leasing office works to improve the community. They recently repainted the parking lot. It gave the community a fresh look. My kids met a lot of new, good friends here. The neighbors in our building are friendly. I love the apartment layout and upgrades. It’s a family friendly set up. The rent is affordable thank goodness so I renewed for another year. The community feels safe. I haven’t heard or seen anything questionable day or night. Najabi at the front office is #always friendly. She’s helpful with questions and is #always pleasant. Avoid This Apartment at All Costs – One of the Worst in the Entire DFW Area If I could give this place zero or negative 100 stars, I absolutely would. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst apartments not just in Euless but likely in the entire DFW metroplex. From the moment I moved in, it was an absolute nightmare. On my very first day, I discovered that the unit was completely infested with roaches. Take a good look at the picture below to see the number of roaches found on just the very first day.. The appliances were not just outdated—they were in horrible condition, far worse than I could have ever imagined. I have a $600 security deposit and when I left, they made 3 itemized cleaning fees and each cost $200 so it will sum up to $600 just for them not to return your deposit. Hopefully BBB and HUD can address this Modus Operandi.

I’m on my second year of living here and i truly love it! The manager is so nice and will fix any issue you have fast. Maintenance always gets work orders done efficiently, they will be in your apartment either the same day or next day! Office staff in general is great, and they always communicate with residents which is something you won’t experience in many apartments. They’re also very good at making sure their towing company comes out and that we never struggle with parking. If you’re looking for somewhere to move i definitely recommend moving here, you’ll have a great experience!

If I could rate this apartment complex less than one star I would. I think I’ll start with the roach infestation. Every apartment is filled with roaches and it seems like the owner doesn’t care to actually get rid of the problem. They do spray every couple of weeks but this deep rooted issue needs more than that. The office staff is terrible (except for the youngest girl she’s very nice and accommodating) but the manager is rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. She always has the worst attitude especially with folks who aren’t white Americans. There has also been a rent increase that will range from $200-300 for every unit.
