The only positive: The neighborhood is fairly nice — small, relatively quiet, even though it’s near a busy intersection. Unfortunately, there are several reasons I would not recommend living here. Maintenance is extremely slow. For example, we were without a dryer for three and a half weeks, and it was only resolved after repeatedly following up with Buba. In the end, my husband had to move one from an unoccupied unit himself — and the laundry room is upstairs. The home itself is poorly built. The stair railing came loose while my father-in-law was walking down and he fell all the way to the bottom. Financial dealings are also concerning. Rent is automatically withdrawn, and after we purchased a home and gave 60 days’ notice not to renew, they still charged us another month’s rent. It t
