Millennium Apartments

My boyfriend and I have had a very positive experience living at this apartment complex. The community is welcoming and well maintained, and we’ve truly enjoyed our time here. Damien, the property manager, is extremely responsive whenever assistance is needed and consistently handles any requests promptly. He is always kind, polite, and professional, which makes working with management a great experience. Overall, we are very happy living here and would highly recommend this community.

There are very few places I call top notch. In the case of Millennium Apartments of Studio City if I could add more stars and more words of praise I would do so. Every aspect of living here was top notch. It has everything one could want in a living situation and that especially goes to the ever vigilant and friendly Property Manager, Damien. Thank you, Damien and staff for a most enjoyable year at Millennium Apts of Studio City who seemed to know what needed to be done before anyone else. Many thanks for this top notch year. Damien is the leasing manager, maintenance guy and landscaper here. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Over the past few years he has done a whole 180 for this complex. From the mural, to the plants, he’s always on top of any repair. Even installed features to keep the homeless away and awesome buffer when dealing with corporate.

This is a true hidden gem in the area. Moved into a renovated studio in March 2020 and have been extremely happy ever since. Always see maintenance upgrading and improving different parts of the complex. Very friendly neighbors, as it's a very small number of units. A few maintenance issues in my unit, but it's handled professionally and often same day. Addy, property manager, is fantastic, quickly responds to emails, and is often seen around property working on issues. Did have my car broken into once, but I am on the waiting list to get a gated parking spot.

The manager Addy has been a freind a guardian in a sense , she keeps the environment safe and clean , Very emotional time moving right before covid with everything going on she keeps this place maintained to highest of standards ... it is always upgrading cleaning refreshing updating ... the men that work here are wonderful respectful and courteous . i cant tell you how happy i am here . Quiet and peaceful as well .
