Millcrest Park

I've lived here less than a year. The pot smoke has been so bad in my apartment from the neighbors you can actually see the smoke in my apartment. We are a non smoking complex. I've complained to management several times and they say there's nothing they can do and for me to xall the cops. I've also called the police and filed reports, but they can't do anything or so they say. I've had to leave my apartment 3x and stay in a hotel because of the heavy smoke coming into my apartment. I found a baggy of drugs on the sidewalk right at the front entrance of my building. Called office and they sent maintenance to pick it up. The breezeways are dirty. The "streetlight" outside my building hasn't worked for months. The neighbors upstairs hammer things all day and into the wee morning hours.

The first part of my lease was enjoyable. Due to having a dog I chose a 1st floor apartment. Once neighbors moved in upstairs it went downhill. I swear they must’ve lifted weights every morning at 3am. I could hear them every time they used the bathroom which was not pleasant. I am not against marijuana though I personally choose not to smoke it. I could not walk my dog throughout the complex without getting a contact buzz. It seems many residents like to sit in their vehicles and smoke away. The lease says it’s not allowed but it is not enforced. Parking was never as issue for me but there are areas on the complex with no parking available. That’s seems to be the western part of the complex closer to the playground. I’ve lived here for almost a year now in a 1 bedroom 3rd floor. Great space in the kitchen and throughout the whole unit. I absolutely love their amenities. Their pool is very nice and their gym is like walking in planet fitness. No need for a gym membership. I will say the staff here do very well at their job and always on their game to assist you with anything you need help with or any issue that may arise while your stay at Millcrest Park. I do have a special thanks to Trenae’ at the front desk and everyone else helping me get set up when I first moved in. Trenae’ and another staff member is now assisting me with transferring to a 2 bedroom apartment and they’re doing their very best to make sure it’s as simple as possible!! I will gladly recommend to anyone to stay at Millcrest Park!!
