Scummy behaviors range from cutting down cycle times on the washer and dryer to increase profits by a margin of a decimal, to hiring unprofessional roofers that cause a massive roof leak leading to ~400 dollars in damages then saying there's no form of compensation they can give me, not even a discount on rent after a week of being unable to use my living room. Also they raised rent by ~400 immediately after purchasing the property from it's original owners and firing all the previous staff. The only reason their rating isn't in the ground is because of the good faith and hard work of the previous owners Edit: The score is very fitting now.
