Chardon Place Apartments

The property manager is great! Anytime there’s an issue we reach out and get a response within a minute (I really don’t know how she does it). As long as you can afford to live here then it’s a good option to check out.

Management is always super fast to respond and the few maintenance requests I’ve had to put in were resolved quickly. The appliances and everything in the apartment are new and good quality. Was super clean when I moved in. Overall, great place to live!

Recently moved in and loving it! The apartment is nicely renovated, quiet, safe, and doesn't have any weird smells (which is quite refreshing after previous places I've lived). The apartments cost a bit more than some others in the area, but it's already worth it for my peace of mind. Jessica the proper manager, has been responsive, helpful, and flexible, making move-in a breeze. She has already jumped on the one minor issue I found upon moving in, and had been very professional throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this complex!

Only been moved In for a couple of days but so far has been fantastic!!! Jessica made it super quick and simple for the move in process and was nothing bud kind and helpful and answered all of our questions and a very good timely manner! Apartment is newly renovated and appliances are up to date and seems to be a great community!
