Redwood Chardon

Chucky was so helpful as I filled out my first work order. He went above and beyond to check that my outlet was safe and not malfunctioning. Julie has also been wonderful with answering all of our questions as new residents.

Matintenance did great. Very friendly. In the future I would prefer them to wear shoe covers. I didn't say anything because floors need steamed and carpets need to be shampooed. (moved in not long ago). I've only met two people here so far, the manager Julie and now the maintenence man. And they both seem to very nice.

Chuck just changed our furnace filter and smoke detector batteries. First time meeting him and he's extremely personable as well as quick and efficient. Saw him cleaning our gutters the other day, too, and he had them cleared of leaves and gunk in no time.

Brand new thermostat was installed less than an hour after my first phone call. Very friendly, mannerly and efficient service! Thank you, Chuckie

Chuck, our maintenance man at Redwood Chardon has been outstanding! We just moved in two weeks ago and have had a few little things needed fixed. He has some right away and fixed them immediately!
