I have closed 25 transactions and this company is a complete joke, run from them. Every day its something else to sign that has somehow been "revised" Do yourself a favor and use a professional title company because this place is anything but professional. I would suggest using Lake County Title Reese Miguet is the best and she actually answers her phone.
