I very rarely ever give someone a one star review unless they’ve earned it So my stories probably very common I found a piece of property I liked but before I bought it, I wanted to make sure that I could build a house on it get a construction loan, etc. so I reached out to Mike. He pulled my credit which was a 741 and gave him my tax returns for two years and bank statements and he told me no problem. I can get these deals done all day long so I proceeded to buy the property I spent about $28,000 in construction blueprints Architecture structural engineering, sewer, engineering, etc.. got all the permits Mike put my builder through hell getting him approved which was weird because my builder has built a ton of homes and he is building My next-door neighbors Home and Wells Fargo approved h

Michael Kapp does not mess around! Any time I called, text, or emailed him he responded very quickly with an answer for me.
