Midwood Park Apartments

I was supposed to move In this unit on March 18th 2022 they never let me look at any units and I was told by manager Latonya that I couldn’t look at any units unless I was moving and I was also told by latonya I can get a refund of my $250 fee in case I didn’t like the unit I went to look at the unit and found This ! Told her I didn’t want the unit anymore and now she’s telling me I can’t get my refund back. Even after telling them my situation with delivering my baby a little before my move-in date and needing to move ASAP I’ve waiting to move in or at least look at that unit over a month!!

My lease ended Sept 2021. Why am I receiving the threat of eviction? Even worse, I'd received a call in November 2021 from the same individual (LK) who was completely unaware that I'd vacated back in September. Make It Make Sense (not cents)... Thank God for receipts.

Like someone has stated. It’s for sure a scam. I keep receiving emails from a Latonya Knight as a tenant but I have never resided in forest park. I respond asking for follow up and no response. Mmmm seem to be stealing information and using it for their families and friends.

I actually spent quite some time in these apartments...it's in a nice area but not too many shops or stores too close ....there is a lot of places to eat nearby but other than that and the fact nobody really bothers you at all is a great thing...you can have a nice private quiet life here...there isn't any wifi in this area 😭 so be warned

WARNING,YOU WILL GET SCAMMED... THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWING THEY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO LIVE HERE..IF U APPLY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR APP FEE YOU WILL BE DENIED. I SWEAR I AM TRYING TO WARN YOU.. I UNDERSTAND IF U ARE IN DESPERATION BUT YOU WILL NOT GET APPROVED. GOD BLESS YOU! PS. They are under investigation for several reasons i wont say.
