Midwood Estates Apartments

Is nasty. Is very terrible management. NO amenities work. Is very run down. No pool access in years. The park for the animals has broken gates, a jumpable fence and no grass. You cannot use the grills. You cannot use the tennis court. You do not get in-unit laundry. The shared laundry machines never work. The trash service that you pay for 5 days of they will only come 2 maybe 3 days. There are critters all over the place. It is disgusting and the manager knows and will not respond after. Very bad management. Whole establishment is not livable. The residents are ok not the best. If you can live somewhere else you should.

If i could give negative stars, I would. Horrible management. I've lived here for a couple years and they've switched companies a few times. They lost me and multiple residents lease and the agreements. Charged me an extra $300. They charge for pest control, yet bugs are EVERYWHERE and I've never seen any pest control company here. The amenities are non-existent. No pool or accessible gym or laundry, as listed. The "dog park" is wood chips surrounded by a broken fence with a 10inch gap underneath, the other side goes down to a 2 foot wall. Animals escape often or I hear horror stories of splinters in their paws. Management acts like they're receptive, but NEVER follow through. They raise rent with no upgrades. Management is always on some bull…. Always trying to find a way to fine you for no literal reason. This management team is just money hungry.

My gf and I applied in May for June 1 move-in. When shown the “ready” apartments there were roaches in both and the Sheetrock looked horrible though it was newly painted. We told them we didn’t want to live there and were due back $400. The office manager said it would come within 4 weeks. It still has not. Don’t trust these people.

Have been living here for 1 year. maintenance has been fast when putting a work order. Ac did take a 3 day delay due to parts but miss Suli kept me posted. my experience has been great this far. Ppl are nasty but every complex has its share of things.
