Midtown Lansing Apartments

I love living at Midtown! The location is great and I can easily walk to MSU's campus and grand river in 15-20 minutes. I enjoy having a gym space that is right down the hall from my apartment, I don't have to worry about going outside to get there. My apartment is spacious and the view is beautiful! The covered parking is also extremely convenient. I save time in the morning especially during the winter.

Midtown is a wonderful place to live! It is perfectly located between campus and downtown Lansing, giving me the opportunity to engage with all kinds of different events. The covered parking is a huge perk, especially in the winter and the parking lot/sidewalks are always cleared right away. I also love how secure the building is. My unit is much bigger than other apartments in the area and is a wonderful place to live as a young professional.

I'm actually baffled that this place has low reviews. As a current resident I feel pretty satisfied. Brooke was super receptive of my last living situation and I was given a nice, clean apartment to rent on very short notice. They answer questions super quickly and with kindness, I've never had any issues except with icy sidewalks, it can be kind of difficult to walk to my car sometimes. Sometimes package delivery can be quite annoying but that's because the building is secure. Other than that it has been a really good experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Love the location of Midtown. This community puts residents directly between MSU's campus and Lansing. There is always something going on in the Stadium District and Lansing has so many fun businesses and parks to explore. What makes it a great location for students is the walkability. With Frandor Shopping Center right next door you have access to a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants and other shopping experiences. I would highly recommend this apartment community to a student coming to MSU.

This is a terrible place. The noise is not isolated from other rooms. Here's what just happened, which I'll list briefly: start from a month ago, we wanted to move into a different room due to noise, after insisting visiting the office multiple times, the office said there was an empty one and we were totally okay to move in. Then, they said they couldn't find the key and would call or message us back, just Waite. Today, when I called them, they said the room was no longer available because someone else rented it. They even didn’t let ask to check the new room yet before rent to new customer. Trust me, guys, this will be the worst place you'll ever experience. The office only cares about your lease and how much you pay them. If you want a work order, you need to wait for a month. And they
