Management does not provide you with physical key, only keypad. I was having trouble with my keypad and called the 24hour maintenance service. Told them my issue and they said “We are not responsible for tenant lock outs, please call a local locksmith”. Eventually I was able to get in, and luckily it was on a Saturday and I was not in a hurry but this is exactly why I wasn’t a fan of the keypad only access from the beginning. I don’t understand why they do not just provide you with a physical key as well.
