Not safe !! It was unfortunate to live here.. I lived downstairs and within my first month living there I had to call the police for an upstairs male trying to break into my studio. Law enforcement recommended me to move as they experienced numerous calls before with the area... I had to inform landlord Breyden about the incident. He was a great maintenance guy for the facility!

Worst place to live at floods the whole place when it rains, garbage everywhere all the time It’s not worth the price don’t waste your time here

I liked living here being in wheelchair I got corner apt. Rent was $550 a mo. 5yrs ago but Sepp owner raised rent to $725. New owner bought 2 yrs back has raised rent to $995 which is crazy for studio a lot of people are SSI income and disabled. What we to do when the owners admit were out to make the most money we can. And this was built in 1983inne still looks like it. Some of us are disabled and are on SSI studio yea owner is greedy they are raising rent from $1090 to $1295. SAY ITS MARKET VALUE.

This is the worst apartment I ever lived in. There is always garbage all over. There are cockroaches, and numerous apartments had bedbugs while I lived there. These apartments were studio apartments and the owner built a wall between the living room area and the bedroom area and now they try to call it a one bedroom, but there is no door between the rooms and you still have to go thru the bedroom area to use the bathroom. When I moved in the rent was only $515 a month and it only went up by 20 dollars a month during the first 4 and a half years. Then a new person bought it and raised the rent by $100 dollars a month and after only one more year he raised the rent again by more than $100 dollars. The current owner is a true slumlord that doesn't want to put out anything and wants to take

I agree with the review by Richard below. The reviews by the two people who's last name is Sepp are fake reviews by members of the owners family. The owners name is Eric Sepp. I wouldn't doubt it if the last 5 reviews are fake, put there at the owners request, who hates it when people tell the truth about how terrible his place is. I moved out 4 months ago and I drove by today and there is still garbage on the ground all over the place so I doubt if any other things changed either. The owner is probably going to claim I was disgruntled and that is why I'm writing this. When an apartment is as terrible as victory manor, how can you not be disgruntled. Edward What the owner said below is absolutely a blatant lie. I didn't get kicked out for not paying my rent. I have the receipt to prove it
