We truly loved renting through D&R investments. The staff were always so friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Anytime something needed to be fixed, they handled it quickly and efficiently. This was our very first starter home, and they made it such a positive and smooth experience for us. I have lived at the Columbia Villas off and on for about 3.5 years. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences in both homes I've rented. The neighborhoods are safe, clean, and very well taken care of. Alan and the maintenance crew are always a pleasure to work with if any issues arise, and Wendy, Bethany, and everyone in the admin office are also great. They've worked with me through a pandemic, moving away and then back in a couple years later, and have always been flexible and caring. The homes are very well priced, beautiful, and comfortable. The fenced in yards are extremely convenient for my pup, two car garages are helpful for storage and keeping my car out of the dust, and large laundry rooms are lovely to have. I’ve had a really positive experience with D&R Investments. The team has always been professional, responsive, and kind. Communication is clear, and I’ve felt supported anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Bethany in particular has been great to work with—very approachable and always willing to go the extra mile to make things easy. Anytime I’ve requested maintenance, they’ve been there the same day, which shows how much they value their tenants. I appreciate how they take care of their properties and the people living in them. Bethany and the team at D&R Investment are amazing to work with, we've really enjoyed being tenants here in Pasco, for the past 3 years.
