Tierra Vida Apartments

If I could I would rate this a 0. As the property looks and seems very nice. The management team is a JOKE! They made promises and didn't keep there end of the deal. Also, they seem like there not professional with handling people's private information and processing paperwork in a privately but speedy process as we were told we're moving in November 2021 and we applied back in August of 2021 and still to this day we have yet to hear from them to get our keys to move in. Seems like property manager Jesus has more going on and his private life were he doesn't have enough time to properly help and complete future and current tenants needs.

The worst place to apply for an apartment, the staff is so unprofessional, rude and unreliable, they lied to us by giving us a stop on the waiting list after they said everything was good and we qualified, we waited more than a year for a call back and when we decide to call back they cant find our paperwork and say that our name is not on the waiting list and that we never approved in the first place. They are always changing managers and they do not care one bit.

Looks like a nice place to live but parking spaces are really small, and there are almost no spaces for visitors. I have a friend living there, I don't like to go visit her because of the parking spaces.

Beautiful community, great staff, friendly neighbors- like home and second family!
