Stonegate apartments I don't personally live there but I have a friend I visit. I can say though it's hard to find a parking spot

The landscapers are terrible. They don’t really seem to do anything except come out with leaf blowers almost every other day. They don’t seem to blow anything because the place looks pretty much the same as it did the day before. Theyll just be outside your window for a good 10 or so minutes or longer; earlier in the morning typically before noon, so if you work nights like I do it can be extremely disruptive. I understand leaf blowing is important to keep the place clean I did landscaping at the Gesa Stadium for years, but they do it way too often, take way too long and it makes too little of a difference to justify it. It also sounds like at least one of them messes with the leaf blower or plays with it. Or at the very least doesn’t know how to properly use one. The blower will sound sup

Severely upset with this place and glad my lease was up when it was. This place is infested with roaches and I didn't know anything prior to move in when I had asked. In the process of moving out we had a company come to deep clean the apartment and am being charged $180 for a 4 hour deep clean. And the reason to move out was not because I acquired a pet, I have no pets. It was because I found another place to live, my lease was up on 02/28/2022 and I didn't want to stay another 6 months. But what a way to charge people more money they shouldn't owe. Very upsetting.

We lived here just over 4 years. We liked some neighbors better than others, but that comes w/ apartment living. Overall management is good and very kind if you just talk to them, except Katrina. I won't use hostile language, but the general consensus is that she is the rudest manager here, very hostile and overall not a good person. After losing my job and needing help w/rent I found an agency to help. She tried her hardest to convince them not to give us the assistance and threatened to lock us out our apartment although it would be fully caught up. But it worked out in our favor anyway. Maintenance is good about addressing work orders, and they are very friendly. Its located by a lot of stores, dental and Drs. we use.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They will take over 55% of your deposit right off the bat!! Me and my roommate paid over $100 for a third party company to clean the place. They left it spotless. We agreed to have a walk threw with the people there but the day that our walk-thru was scheduled they cancelled on us. My roommate and i literally had to call in to work late for the scheduled walk-thru and they just cancelled it. The girl there said she was busy but when we left she was just sitting down. (I think she was to lazy to do a walk-thru). Nevertheless, when our deposit was sent out we only got $328 back off of the $750 deposit. Even tho the place was left better than when we go it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! AVOID!!! THE PARKING SUCKS! TOO MANY KIDS! NOT ENOUGH PARKING! WASHING MEACHINES ARE ALWAYS BREA
