Since 1st February we have informed the company of this leaking. It started in my bedroom but now it has expanded to two other bedrooms. They made surface amendments on the roof that clearly don't solve the problem: the water keeps spreading and the smell of damp is unbearable. It needs proper works! If any of us fall sick I will make the company directly liable. The infestation of mice I will leave for another comment and 1-star rating

I used to live in 396 Langley rd, i am very sad that i moved put from the apartment. I don't remember that i had any issue living there. The only thing i would comment on is the laundry room as they only have one washer and drier there.

Excellent maintenance staff, they respond quickly and are happy to answer questions. Have had no issues since living in an apartment managed by them.

My experience living at a Micozzi property has been seamless. Placing maintenance requests through their portal is simple and requests are dealt with quickly. I just had my microwave die and the replacement was installed within two days. The property is cleaned regularly, fire alarms routinely checked, and snow and ice dealt with quickly. The employees I've interacted with have all been thorough and kind. Highly recommend.

I can say Eric Sorenson is an amazing agent/realtor and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, however the rest of the company lacks transparency. I've rented for the last 7 years without any late payments, evictions, etc and my wife and I have a combined income of over 340k. Due to some issues with my credit from my ex (who passed away, with massive debt that has since been paid off) I don't have a great credit score. But I have around 28-30k in debt which includes a new Audi SUV. Because of that we added a guarantor (my father) who has an almost perfect credit rating. We were told that we were denied, no explanation, no one to talk to about the decision, no way of providing additional information to the company. Absolutely no transparency at all. I've never been turned down for an apartm
